- Get Approval
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack & Ship
- Securely repackage the item in its original box with all included parts.
- Ship it back using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
- Refund Processing
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software, DVDs, or digital downloads (unless defective).
- Personalized/customized electronics.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
